Design and Synthesis of Compound-specific Haptens for Benzimidazoles

Benzimidazoles (BZs) are a class of drugs with activities against fungi, protozoa, and helminths and are commonly employed in veterinary and human medicine. BZ drugs have many benefits, including selectivity, low mammalian toxicity, high efficacy, ease of administration and low cost. However, the overusing or/and losing control of uses of BZs results in the emergence of BZ resistance. In order to monitor and control the usage of BZs, antibodies against BZs are needed. Based on many years of professional experience in the design and development of small molecule antibodies, Creative Biolabs offers the design and synthesis of compound-specific haptens for BZs to support the relative researches and detections by the immunoassay methods.
